Design and development

PDC’s highly skilled design and development team evaluates each property and works with you, the client, to realize maximum potential for your property. Whether you wish to upgrade your home to increase resale value, or subdivide a commercial property to maximize investment returns, the PDC team is ready to listen and discuss design and development potentials with you.

Construction and Renovation

PDC carries out construction and renovation of all PDC properties and ventures through PDC’s preferred contractors who maintain the highest professional standards. All PDC construction and renovation projects are managed by PDC in-house project managers in order to ensure that the high PDC standards are adhered to throughout all construction phases.

Marketing and sales

PDC markets and sells all PDC properties through in-house and/or PDC preferred realtors.
